ELAS Ltd manufactured and shipped control systeml of drying complex with wet gas clening at the request of a foreign company.

 The technology of the drying complex is constructed according to a well-known scheme: a diesel heat generator, a rotary drying chamber, a Venturi tube and a smoke exhaust system. Feeding the material into a rotary drying chamber is carried out by a belt conveyor.

 The delivery includes: 

1) Сontrol cabinet based on the controller Siemens S7-1500 with the HMI panel KTP1200 Comfort. 

2) Power cabinet with two frequency converters ABB ACS580. 

3) Local console for the  rotary drying chamber and local console for the smoke exhauster.

 Frequency controllers are designed for the ProfiBus DP Fieldbus
