Replacement of standard automatics of the LOOS UL-S steam boiler

A number of LOOS steam boilers of the UL and UL-S series are operated at Ukrainian enterprises. One of the problems of operation is the unreliable operation of automation or even the failure of outdated automation. There are difficulties in finding components and qualified repair specialists.

Our company offers to replace the standard LOOS boiler control cabinet with a new cabinet with modern functionality:

  • automatic ignition, transfer to working condition;
  • control of safe operation of the burner and boiler, automatic shutdown of the boiler in case of violations of the operating mode;
  • maintaining a given vapor pressure;
  • maintaining the water level in the boiler drum;
  • temperature control at the output of the economizer;
  • maintaining the specified salt content in the boiler;
  • visual observation of operating parameters - steam pressure, water level in the drum, flue gas temperature after the boiler (controller board);
  • technical stop in the absence of steam consumption.

    • It is possible to replace the combustion manager of both gas and combined (gas-liquid fuel) burners.

    Installation of frequency converters on feed pumps with subsequent connection to the control unit, which will turn the boiler into soft control and increase the service life of AC motors of feed pumps.

    Replacement of cable and wire products. The complex of works includes: supply of equipment and materials, design, installation and commissioning, preparation of the necessary technical documentation and staff training.
