Since 2020, gas burners PGV-PGT-B with a capacity of 2.5 MWt to 12.5 MWt are operated in the boilerhouses of Nikolaevoblteplo. The burners are manufactured by Promgaztekhnologia Firm LLC. The burners are installed on hot water boilers TVG-8, KV-GM-7.56, KV-GM-10, PTVM-30. Due to the design features of the burners, the pipes of the heat shields of the boilers do not burn out.

Automatic burner control systems were manufactured by ELAS. For the burner fans and smoke exhausters of boilers are applied the frequency converters. Oxygen correction is used for optimum combustion on all boilers.

Result of replacement of standard burners with PGV-PGT-B burners with ELAS automation:

- 2% savings on gas consumption;

- compliance with European emission standards;

- reliability and ease of use.
