The ELAS company manufactured the automatic control system cabinets for the flue gas cleaning system of technological line No. 4 of the pellet production workshop of Poltava GZK PrJSC. Works are carried out with a partner - «FZ Solutions».

The object of control is the gas cleaning system of technological line No. 4, which consists of two bag filters FRIR-9000 and two FRIR-7700, one adsorber that cleans gases from dust and sulfur, four smoke extractors, and a dust removal system. The system is designed to measure gas parameters (liquefaction, dustiness and sulfur content, volume), manage the regeneration of bag filters, maintain rarefaction in gas ducts from TL, control the level of dust in filter and limestone bunkers, etc.

The signal collection and processing system is made using the Schneider Electric X80 system. 7 USO cabinets were manufactured, each of which has a chassis with input-output modules. The cabinets are connected in a ring with the M580 data processing controller of the control system using an optical single-mode cable.
